Dress code

Collared/mock sport shirts or jerseys; slacks, dress trousers, skirts or skorts are allowed. Your name is not required on the back of your shirt on Saturday, but is required for Sunday match play finalists.

No jeans, hats or shorts on either day. No exceptions will be made. Failure to meet the dress code will result in disqualification.

Sunday roll call · 8:00 AM

Bowlers who make the cut to Sunday must be present by 8:00 AM for roll call. Bowlers who are not present will be replaced by the next available alternate. No exceptions will be made.

USBC membership · 2026–2027 season

Bowlers must be current-season (2026–2027) USBC members by the time qualifying starts on January 16, 2027. It is each bowler’s responsibility to purchase a valid membership before the tournament begins.

If you purchase your membership within 5 days of the tournament, bring proof of purchase (a receipt or screenshot of your membership confirmation) to check-in.

Refund policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The entry fee will be refunded to the original payment method, less a $50 service charge. All of that service charge is added to the prize fund.

No refunds for cancellations or withdrawals received on or after January 16, 2027.
